Founder & CEO
As the founder and CEO, Elise has an extensive background working with a multitude of corporations during her tenure at Deloitte, EBC Consulting and launching an internet start-up with her husband Stephen before start-ups were cool. In addition to her company at Work-Que, she serves as professor and chief advisor to her graduate students at Concordia University Texas. Her work includes facilitating teams in a consulting environment while partnering with local companies. Together they have completed over 200 projects in the Central Texas region consisting of strategic marketing, social media campaigns, process improvement, feasibility studies, go-to-market plans, sales playbooks, compensation research, and idea to execution strategies. Elise's latest research includes Blockchain solutions and has presented her work at the World Congress of Education in Dublin, Ireland.
Giving back to the community is important. Elise currently serves as the foundation president for TSHLF, a nonprofit board in Austin that supports senior citizens. She holds a Ph.D. in administration and policy from The University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA and Bachelor’s degree in Management Science with concentrations in accounting and finance from Alaska Pacific University. For fun, Elise enjoys traveling, golfing and chilling out at her favorite yoga studio. Elise and her husband are proud parents to three adult daughters, two dogs, Rio and Sophie and four granddogs.
